Accossato AG-PZ01 CNC Monobloc brake caliper Accossato Radial Monobloc calipers have been manufactured using the very best techniques and the most innovative materials available today. Machined from a solid billet via 5 axis CNC machining. Now being used in Moto2 & WSB. The 4 x 34mm titanium vented pistons have been machined to a create a precision fit. This has enabled us to minimise seal area and eliminate any roughness/unevenness of the braking system. Complex studies using CAD programs have influenced the design of the callipers to guarantee minimum weight/maximum body rigidity and the best dispersion of heat generated by the brakes.


The best possible materials that could have been found have been chosen to make the calipers, such as the light aluminium alloy used for the body of the callipers which is hard anodised after machining. The titanium used for the pistons is treated after manufacture to improve durablility. 108mm Radial mounting centres.
